Our chef from Barcelona creates truly tapas such as award winning Chorizo Garcia cooked in cider & Cloudy Bay Clams a la Marinera. Traditional Spanish main courses include Cordero Asado (Slow roasted alpine lamb shoulder) & Spanish Paella served in its pan.
